About Reformer Pilates Club
Reformer Pilates is a highly effective, low-impact way to build strength, improve flexibility and move with control. Using a specially designed machine called the Reformer, each exercise works the body through resistance and support, helping you move better, feel stronger and reduce the risk of injury.
Originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, the Reformer remains one of the most adaptable and effective pieces of equipment available. It allows for a full-body workout, targeting not only the core but also the arms, legs and smaller stabilising muscles that are often missed in traditional training.
At Reformer Pilates Club, we focus on small, supportive classes to ensure a more personalised experience. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, or looking to progress your training, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Our studios offer a calm, welcoming environment with expert instructors, premium equipment and a strong focus on quality movement, helping you build strength, improve posture and feel your best.
⚠️ Pregnancy
Some of our instructors are pre and post-natal trained, depending on the studio. If you are pregnant and would like to continue or return to Reformer Pilates, please email us to discuss suitability before attending.
For safety, we recommend that clients are not new to Reformer Pilates during pregnancy. You should have prior experience or have completed private sessions to feel confident in a group class environment. Participation is typically suitable from the second trimester onwards.
If you choose to take part in classes during pregnancy, you do so at your own discretion.
